I Have Had A Very Stiff, Sore Neck For About

I have had a very stiff, sore neck for about a year. Lately, I've noticed my head shaking also. We got new couches about a year ago with very low arms so watching tv while lying down is difficult. Very hard to get comfortable in bed because of my hurting neck! I guess I'd better go see my doctor.
