I Have Had A Very Swollen And Red Eyelid And

I have had a very swollen and red eyelid and swelling to my cheek. I was prescribed antibiotics for cellulitis which has pretty much cleared up the swelling and redness but two days in I still have a lump on my eyelid. Is it likely to be part of the cellulitis? I am worried as I had a pilomatrixoma removed from my face approximately three years ago I'm worried it has come back.
