I Have Had A White/redish (slightly Discoloured,) Lump/bump On My

I have had a white/redish (slightly discoloured,) lump/bump on my bottom lip for roughly two years now. I simply brushed it off as a scar received after a bad fight or perhaps from lip biting (which was a horrible habit of mine until the bump showed up.) It is painless. It's relatively small but can become noticeably large if I agitate it. I assumed it would go away on it's own but it seems like it has become slightly bigger through the years and I am growing concerned. Could it be cancerous?
