I Have Had About 6 Episodes Of Positional Vertigo In

I have had about 6 episodes of positional vertigo in the past 3 years. I have just had an episode that included double vision - a first. With this I also had dizziness and now have an upset stomach. Both of these symptoms accompany my vertigo attacks, but not the double vision.
