I Have Had Acne For Years And Never Seemed To

I have had acne for years and never seemed to have this issue. I have a blind pimple on my forehead, and if I touch it, my head aches. I've had a constant, dull, headache for days now and just noticed that a blind pimple is right where the pain is. Can a blind pimple cause a chronic headache or is it something else entirely?
