I Have Had All My Fingers And Thumb And Forearm,

I have had all my fingers and thumb and forearm, twitching for the past 8 hours....I iced them and it subsided some but is coming back. this is my right hand/ arm only and I have some tingling in my arm and hand as well. I also have CKD stage 3 with a 9cm cyst on right kidney. I have not had any new blood work done since last June. Many years ago I had carpal tunnel on right wrist, but havent had any problems for years with that.
