I Have Had An MRI And Was Told I Have

I have had an MRI and was told I have spinal stenosis. I have no pain but shaky legs, especially the left one. I fell on the ice, had an x-ray but no break. People said sounded like I had Sciatic nerve problem. That was the reason myortho. doctor ordered the MRI and the results was as stated above. What can I do for the shaky, weak feeling. I walk with a 4 pronged cane but hate using one.
