I Have Had An MRI Recently And They Found 3

I have had an MRI recently and they found 3 lesions, I don't know the size. I have been referred to a stomache doctor. My symptoms are vauge, I wake up to pressure in my chest and a squeezing feeling just under my ribs, and around to my back. seems that my heart is beating fast. I have frequently have night sweats,
I don't know that I have enough symtoms for this to be Pancreatitis.
Any thoughts in that directions?
