I Have Had An Abnormal MRI Result Of My Brain.

I have had an abnormal MRI result of my brain. I saw the neurologist today but didn't get a straight answer. He is sending me for another more detailed of my brain and spinal cord. I believe it is MS because of my symptoms. The other possibilities listed on the MRI report are demyelinating disease such as MS, sequela of migraine headaches, vasculitis or early manifestations of Chronic microvascular ischemic changes. Do the other things listed have the same symptoms as MS?
