I Have Had An Abortion Last Year September 2013 And

I have had an abortion last year September 2013 and I was very upset and now at this point have just sunk deeper and deeper into a deep depression where I cknstantly hate my self and don't want to be here anymore,I can take it much longer I cry everyday and I'm emotionally and psychically drained now. Please help me I don't know what to do anymore
