I Have Had An Alcohol Addiction For Over 05 Years.

I have had an alcohol addiction for over 05 years.
What can I do to lower my gamma GT levels? My last reading was 188.
And also please refer following tests results which I did on 17th December.
ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT) 62
ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGPT) 76
RED BLOOD CELL COUNT 5.63

Please give your instructions to reduce these levels.
