I Have Had An Angioplasty Of The Profounda Femoris 4

I have had an angioplasty of the profounda femoris 4 days ago. The pro-operative arteriography showed good run off. Everything seemed to go well. My popliteal pulse is now present. However my claudication distance has not changed. It is about 300 metres. I am a non smoker, 71 yo male, with a BMI of 24. When should my walking distance improve?
