I Have Had An Annoying Sense Of Something Like Blocking

I have had an annoying sense of something like blocking in the back of my throat aggrivated when I eat or drink, but after a while goes away and I forget about it. I can swallow fine, but the sensation remains. It started with a funny taste in my mouth, which has pretty much disappeared now. I tend to have sore throats quite a lot of late - usually when I get very tired (I have been diagnosed with burn out since 2013). Blood tests are all fine. I have had a lot of stress this year - moving house three times in past year and nursing my father who died last month.
