I Have Had An Armpit/shoulder Rash And Irritation On My

I have had an armpit/shoulder rash and irritation on my left arm for the past few weeks. I changed my soap and my razor a few days ago because I wasnt sure if it had to do with that. The rash is still there and im not sure what it is. Its like little red bumps
