I Have Had An Ear Infection Going Back And Forth

I have had an ear infection going back and forth from one ear to the other for over a year. A few months ago my right ear drum ruptured. It hasn't been treated. Last week I started with infection in my right ear again. I have drainage from that ear. I just started taking antibiotics yesterday but now today it seems the infection is affecting my jaw. Can an ear infection affect your jaw? It is to the point I can barely open my mouth I cannot close jaw all the way either., and it is going down my neck as well. my ear is warm to touch and is red to look at. Should I see a doctor?
