I Have Had An Ear Infection Recently And Also Some

I have had an ear infection recently and also some loss of balance over the last year plus tinnitus for a long time. Am feeling very tired at present and also a sore ear although the infection has cleared I'm just wondering could it be an inner ear problem ??
