I Have Had An External Hemorrhoid For A Week, The

I have had an external hemorrhoid for a week, the size of a cashew, and after 4 sitz baths a day, suppositories, aloe, witch hazel tucks, and comfort cream with lidocaine, I was able to push the thing into my body as much as I could during the last warm bath last night. Today I notice it is bleeding, and has been, for the past 6 hours, is this okay and will it wean away?
