I Have Had An Irregular Cycle Since I Stopped Birth

I have had an irregular cycle since I stopped birth control 1 1/2 years ago. About every 6 weeks I would have a menstrual period. I'm now even later than that now. About 8 weeks. All tests have been coming back negative. I don't know if it will help any but i have been severely bloated with chapped lips and nipples. Can you help?
