I Have Had An Issue With A C-6 Herniation In

I have had an issue with a c-6 herniation in the past. presently I am experiencing pain in the cervical area of my neck and experiencing numbness in the bottom half of my left arm with the numbness running to the pinky and ring finger of my left hand. I am a very active athlete who rows, lifts weights and golfs on a daily basis. any suggestions?
