I Have Had An Issue With Bleeding After I Use

I have had an issue with bleeding after i use the bathroom. Its been going on over a year but its always been spots here and there or a really light red color like a clearish red. Im only 25 years old. I assumed maybe it was a hemroid issue or something but today it escalated. Right after the bowel movement it was fine i went back to work like normal and maybe about 20 30 mins later i feel liquid running down my thighs. When im able to make it back to the bathroom and check i notice that the lower part of my underware is completely soaked in blood. Im scares because thats never happend. Im currently debating leaving work early to go to the emergency room becauae like i said ive never seen it that bad. I dont know what the issue could be or what to do about it. Any help or suggestions would definitely be appreciated. Thank you
