I Have Had An Itchy, Crawling Sensation Near The Putter

I have had an itchy, crawling sensation near the putter edge of my anus for 3 months now. I have checked for pinworms/eggs at night and by using my finger to swipe around and found nothing. It gets intense at night, though not every night. I have had problems with yeast/bacteria imbalance in my vagina so maybe this is also a symptom? I also traveled from America to India and the itchy anus started about 2 weeks of being in India. Help!!!!
