I Have Had An Off And On Smell After Ive

I have had an off and on smell after ive have my period, ever since the first time I used a tampon. I didn't use them any more but got treated with antibiotics. everything was fine until I was forced to use a tampon again because there was nothing else available. the smell came back. should I get antibiotics again?
