I Have Had An Ongoing Problem. I Have Occasional Neck

I have had an ongoing problem. I have occasional neck pain which I manage to deal with...but often I have nights when my hands feel like they have concrete blocks on them...when I wake with this my fingers are swollen and hard to move...I've had a RA panel which was negative...what should I do next?
