I Have Had An Open Wound ( Ulcer) On The

I have had an open wound ( ulcer) on the bottom of my foot for a few years. I see my podiatrist once a month but this time he did a culture and the culture came back as " mixed skin flora". What does this mean. I haven't heard back from my doctor yet.
