I Have Had An Ovary Removed Tube And Cyst Removed.

I have had an ovary removed tube and cyst removed. I had an IUD inserted as well. It has been 3 weeks now and I am experiencing lower back pain and abdominal pain accompanied by cramping when I urinate. The cramping goes away but the other pain stays. There is also a light brown colour when I wipe. I also have a kidney stone, which I have had for almost 2 months now. They found the cyst on my ovary when they did the CT scan.
