I Have Had An Ultra Sound And It Was Diagnosed

I have had an ultra sound and It was diagnosed as hydrocele pinks.. they believe there is a blockage ? on the fallopian tube.. I have a follow up ultra sound in approx. 5 weeks - I am 50 years old no desire to have children again. I have had a tubaligation at approx. 36 years of age, and during surgery the surgeon dropped a clip and could not find it or felt retrieving would be more ? than trying to look for it. Could this cause the condition? Will I have to have surgery to fix or mitigate future issues?? or can this be left?
