I Have Had An Upper Respiratory Episode Including Coughing Up

I have had an upper respiratory episode including coughing up post nasal drip, slight sore throat, fatigue, and night sweats. I never ran fever or had any facial sinus pain however my top left tooth would hurt and then get better. The erratic weather here in Alabama seems to exacerbate my symptoms. I am 54-years-old and am quite sure I'm going through perimenopause as I still have a period about every 2-3 months. I have underlying dysautonomia which causes my "thermostat" to become faulty at times. I am much better with the URI symptoms however I keep "breaking" out with these hot flash episodes (especially at night) about every 2-3 hours. When they hit I feel like I'm going to pass out but I don't actually pass out. Do you think these are from the sinus issue or hormone issue or both? I am losing a lot of sleep because of the "hot flashes". Can chronic or acute sinusitis cause these hot feelings to come over me and cause great fatigue?
