I Have Had And Continue To Have Severe Pain In

I have had and continue to have severe pain in my right shoulder, elbow, arm, wrist and fingers. I have had a nerve conduction test and they have ruled out nerve issues. My elbow gets stuck on occasion and although it hurts pretty bad, I have to snap it to pop it, to get some relief. Is this arthritis?
