I Have Had Ankle Pain For Years And Have Just

I have had ankle pain for years and have just been diagnosed with congenial talonavicular coalition. its getting harder and harder for me to stand at work(usps) and walk. I keep walker and cane close due to unpredictable falls. ive been to tons of doctors over the past 15 yrs and only one has found out why I am in so much pain. I don't want to quit my job, but if Im unable to work, would I qualify for ssdi?
