I Have Had Anorexia For Around 6 Months But Recently

I have had anorexia for around 6 months but recently it has become much worse. Most of my muscle mass is gone and I am down to 90#. My doc doesn't really understand my condition and states that she cannot give me Megace because insurance says it is only for cancer patients. She sent me to a GI specialist, but all he wanted to do was dilate my esophagus. I told him that I didn't think this surgical technique would help my problem since I would still have the same "loss of appetite". I also asked if he could order an appetite stimulant for me, but he said that " they don't do that anymore". Is there anything that can be done for me, before I waste away to nothing? It is not anorexia caused by a mental condition to become thinner, so I feel that most people just don't understand that I am not deliberately trying to loose weight. Can you help?
