I Have Had Anxious Feelings Today Only, And A Blood

I have had anxious feelings today only, and a blood pressure within the hour with the wrist cuff of 160/101 which then went down to 135/73 just now. I had an episode in the middle of the night in the bathroom of feeling faint and I was sweating and uneasy. Also very thirsty in the night. Still a little thirsty now. I just had a good checkup at my MD's office. Wondering what this could be.
