I Have Had Back Issues In The Past. Currently I

I have had back issues in the past. Currently I have sciatica problems on my left side as well as pain in the butt that goes over my right hip. It makes sleeping and sitting very uncomfortable. I almost feel as if I pulled my groin or tore a muscle.
