I Have Had Back Pain Between Shoulder Blades That Almost

I have had back pain between shoulder blades that almost feels like it's burning and a cough I've had for a couple months I do cough up clear to white flem at times and then accompanied by middle chest pain but no shortness of breath I have noticed just curios should I be alarmed or maybe it's allergies to weeds?
