I Have Had Back Pain Since 2006 Been Dealing With

I have had back pain since 2006 been dealing with pain every day or everyother day they want a mri but dont know if they need to have it with contrast or not . Told at some point will need surg. but first would like to know about this mri and how it should be ordered.
