I Have Had Back Problems For Days . I Went

I have had back problems for days . I went to chiropractor and on x rays a golf ball and a half size blotch showed up by intestine. The chiropractor said he had never seen anything like that before. Could something I ate showed up on there? Or maybe that is what feels like back pain?
