I Have Had Bad Abdominal Pain In My Upper And

I have had bad abdominal pain in my upper and lower stomach I have a 15000 white blood cells count and my liver enzymes are high. I have been on two different antibiotics at the same time. and they have not helped at all. I am concerned I have had a CT with IV and Contrast, an xray, urine test and blood work and all they can tell is My white cell count is high and my liver enzymes are elevated I could really use some advice. I just went to the G I doctor and they have scheduled and EGD and want to me come back to their office for more blood work and a stool sample.
