I Have Had Bad Cramping In My Right Leg On

I have had bad cramping in my right leg on the inner upper calf, inner knee and inner thigh to the groin area. Severe at times and wakes me up at night. Have difficulty driving as well as it really tightens up. Have had for four plus days with no symptoms two days ago.
