I Have Had Bad Headache The Last 2 Days That

I have had bad headache the last 2 days that won't go away. Side temples and top of my head. Today I went to the bathroom and realized I had 2 tampons not one inside me. One which myst be from maybe Sunday or Monday. Should I be concerned about TSS. No other symptoms thank you.
