I Have Had Bad Heartburn Starting In The Morning Lasting

I have had bad heartburn starting in the morning lasting all day past 3 days anything I eat makes it worse. have had acid reflux waking me at night choking then went into a constant heartburn. now when I swallow food or water it feels like I have a lump deep down towards my chest. today I feel pain while breathing and chest feels a bit tight. also off and on headaches
