I Have Had Black Stools Before And Was Life Flighted

I have had black stools before and was life flighted to intensive care before but ive been sick I believe from having a sinus infection my face is really bad swollen,eyes are full of puss when I wake up to wear I put warm conpresses to my eyes cause there shut due to puss, then my stools have been black and a very bad headache should I wait to see the dr or go in now
