I Have Had Bladder Cancer For The Last Eight Years,

I have had bladder cancer for the last eight years, in August it appeared to get more aggresive, so I underwent chemo and radiation. After getting the catscan results, I was told that my bladder has enlarged from .7 cm to 1 cm. What would be the cause?
