I Have Had Blocked Sinuses For Years And Have Been

I have had blocked sinuses for years and have been using Nasonex for many months. Recently I have noticed red marks below my eyes in the soft tissue in the inner corner near the nose - about 2 cms in length and also, the area above my eyes is red- around the bone area. I am wondering what is causing this. Hope you can help.
