I Have Had Blood In My Urine For The Past

I have had blood in my urine for the past 4 weeks. I started hurting off and on in my lower abdomen and back. I have a history of kidney stones. Surgery to remove one last year. This pain is worse than before. Could I have another blockage. My urine showed blood and a lot of white cells.
