I Have Had Body Aches - Mostly Starting In My

I have had body aches - mostly starting in my stomach or gut. Pain comes in waves and sometimes its my spine and back of my head. I also just feel tired and I am finding I feel weak and achey in spots I have injured recently (my weak spots). Is this a virus I need to wait out? or should I see a Dr?
