I Have Had Body Aches For 3 Days....like The "whole

I have had body aches for 3 days....like the "whole body ache" feeling that you get at the beginning of the flu. I've never had it for 3 straight days before. Normally when it's happened in the past, it is the first thing that presents with the onset of the flu; then the other flu like symptoms come and the body aches subside. Last night at midnight (day 2 of body aches), I woke with chills, so I immediately took some ibuprofen and that helped. I have been rotating Tylenol and ibuprofen for the past 3 days and that seems to help, however, I'm just concerned that no other symptoms are presenting other than my whole body aches. Never experienced this before.
