I Have Had Both Feet Surgically Broken Twice In The

I have had both feet surgically broken twice in the past, due to calluses on balls of feet because of high arches, " metatarsal discrimination ?".they have always adjusted moved under different metatarsal bone. Are there any newer, less harsh treatments of this problem? Terrible pain and quality of life issues . Thank you
