I Have Had Both Of My Fallopian Tubes Removed In

I have had both of my fallopian tubes removed in October of 2015. Afterwards I had horrible periods, but now I am not having any. Negative pregnancy tests. What could be happening? I am only 23, do not think it is early menopause because my hormones are normal.
