I Have Had Bowel Problems For Years Iv Had Colonoscopies

I have had bowel problems for years iv had colonoscopies done and endoscopies done I had surgery for 2 hyatial hernias and my esophagus repaired it had a hole through it completely this was in dec 2014 in july my primary dr told me I had a TIA (mini stroke) without doing any test on me ! I have been still experiencing pain and symptoms so I went to the ER recently it was so bad ! I also switched primary DRs and surgeons due to the neglect of care from the ones I had Iam very happy with my decision to switch ! I Have had a lot of test done recently and this is some of the results ! I would like to know what you would do if I was your patient and had theses issues coming into your office with these results ? Im very hopeful that all is well but at the same time wish to be informed to make sure im not having anything just pushed aside and that all measures are taken to get me 100% healthy again ! 1. Findings consistent with nonspecific ileus enteritis, as evidenced by several mildly dilated small bowel, some fluid-filled and some air filled, and a few collapsed loops mostly in the left upper quadrant. Follow-up as clinically indicated.
2. Indeterminate 1 x 1.7 cm ill-defined enhancing subcapsular lesion in the posterior segment of the right lobe of the liver. The differential includes hemangioma and a solid tumor. Further evaluation is recommended.
3. Fatty infiltration of the liver.
