I Have Had Breast Cancer 5 1/2 Years Ago. I

I have had breast cancer 5 1/2 years ago. I was on Letrozole for this time. I stopped taking it about 5 months ago. At this time I have started getting headaches every day. Nothing helps. I am 70 years old. I am searching for something to connect with the headaches. Would getting off Letrozole have caused this?
