I Have Had Breast Cancer And Mastectomy Of Left Breast

I have had breast cancer and mastectomy of left breast on October and having problems on left armpit as had central lymph node out to check for more cance it was clear but now have lymphatic problems swelling on hormone treatment to block my cancer as my estrogen is helping the cancer had kidney infection now got cramp in left calf for four days now got it in right leg calf and can’t walk on leg the vains on my foot keep standing up even though feet have been elivated am worried
